Once you have an active subscription, you're able to send as many design requests as you'd like, and they will be delivered one by one.

OwlDesign will only work on one project request for you at a time. This ensures that we can give full attention and resources to this request, and deliver high-quality work in a timely manner. Once the current request is completed, we will start working on the next one.

Absolutely. You can send as many requests as you want, but I will be working one at a time. After the first request is completed, I start the next one, until all the requests are finalized.

On average, most requests are completed in less than 72 hours, Monday to Friday. However, more complex requests can take a little longer.

I offer a ton of flexibility in how you can request your designs. The most common way clients request designs is directly via email or Trello. Both ways, they share Google files, wireframes, images or record a brief video.

You might be surprised, but Owl Design is actually an agency of one. This means you'll work directly with me, the founder of OwlDesign. However, some specific requests such a specific development or custom illustrations are provided by partner designers.

No problem at all! We will continue to revise the design until you're 100% satisfied.

That's totally fine. You can pause your subscription when finished and return when you have additional design needs. There's no need to let the remainder of your subscription go to waste.

The majority of the design requests are designed in Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Xd, or Figma.

Due to the high-quality nature of the work, there will be no refunds issued.

OwlDesign currently offers a payment gateway so you can use your credit card directly from the website. E-transfer is also available.

That’s a great question! The annual cost of a full-time senior-level designer exceeds $100,000, plus benefits - and good luck finding one available. Aside from that, you may not always have enough work to keep him busy all the time, so you're stuck paying for time you aren't able to utilize.
With the monthly plan, you can pause and resume your subscription as often as you need to ensure you're only paying when you have work available.
